Credit Card Payment Terms and Conditions

By providing your credit card information and authorizing payment, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

Authorization

I authorize Curated Compass Travel Co., LLC  to charge my credit card for the travel arrangements and services I have approved, including deposits, final payments, applicable taxes, fees, travel protection, and any supplier-imposed charges.

Payment Responsibility

I understand that I am responsible for ensuring sufficient funds and that the credit card provided is valid through the completion of all authorized transactions. If a payment is declined, I agree to provide an alternative form of payment immediately to avoid cancellation of my travel arrangements.

Supplier Charges

Payments are processed by the applicable travel supplier (such as airlines, cruise lines, hotels, resorts, or tour operators) or by Curated Compass Travel Co., LLC as applicable. Each supplier maintains its own payment, cancellation, and refund policies, which I have reviewed and accepted.

Payment Security

Curated Compass Travel Co., LLC is committed to protecting your payment information. Credit card information is collected and transmitted using secure, PCI DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard) compliant payment methods. Unless expressly authorized by you or required by applicable law, Curated Compass Travel Co, LLC does not store complete credit card numbers after payment processing. Your payment information is used solely for processing authorized travel-related transactions.

Non-Refundable Payments

Many travel reservations are non-refundable or subject to cancellation penalties. I understand that once a payment is processed, refunds are governed solely by the supplier's terms and conditions. Service fees charged by, Curated Compass Travel Co, LLC if any, are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.

Chargebacks

I agree not to initiate a credit card chargeback for any charges related to travel services that I have authorized. Any billing concerns or disputes will first be brought directly to Curated Compass Travel Co, LLC for resolution. Unauthorized or fraudulent chargebacks may result in cancellation of travel services, additional collection costs, and legal action where permitted by law.

Price Changes

I understand that travel prices are subject to change until payment is received and confirmed by the supplier. Delayed payment may result in increased pricing or loss of availability.

Payment Deadlines

Failure to make payments by the stated due dates may result in automatic cancellation of my reservation and the assessment of supplier cancellation penalties. Curated Compass Travel Co, LLC is not responsible for reservations canceled due to missed payment deadlines.

Cardholder Certification

By submitting my payment, I certify that I am the authorized cardholder or have permission from the authorized cardholder to use this credit card. I understand that providing false or unauthorized payment information may constitute fraud.

Acceptance

By authorizing payment, I acknowledge that I have read, understood, and agree to these Credit Card Payment Terms & Conditions, as well as the applicable supplier terms and conditions associated with my travel reservation.
